Experts, I'm in a real estate co. and submitted the serv. tax return for Oct-Mar'2011 on 25.4.11 duly under protest with some errors. So what is the last date to revised it & under which rule? plz help me........

You may revised your return within 90 days from the date of submitting the original return. The applicable rule is Rule 7A of service tax rules 1994.
