A company having registered office in delhi but administrative office i n jalandhar has to be registered under service tax in delhi or in jalandhar

Dear Mridula, if the company is having system of centralised billing may obtain single registration by applying to Jurisdictional Commissioner of premises where centralized billing or accounting is done, otherwise separate registration for each premises is mandatory. In your case it is seeming that the company is administering centralized through Jalandhar, if so, you have option to register there only.
