Please Help: Reverse charge

Pls advise me on Reverse charge Point of Taxation.my query is that if a company taking service of lawer(advocate) then service tax will be paid by service receipant.suppose the advocate completed service in the month of december 12 & raise the bill in december 12.but payment is made in january,february & final payment made in the month of march.what will be point of taxation in this case.
