In which head "Leadership/Mgt.Training" provided to the staff of any company or concern, is to be classified?

Amit.. it should fall in " Management consultant" Service, or otherwise there is a residuary head called " Business Support Services" under which this service can fall.

16-Aug-2011 , 11:07:13 amHi Amit, The classification of any service depends upon the facts of the case (i.e agreement in the instant case)and is governed by Section 65A of the Finance Act, 1994. I cannot comment on the same until and unless the agreement/scope of the same is known.
