i upload my service tax returns for two half years with penalty but i check my return on deppt. website shows nil return for both the period now i need to revise my return or not ? and what is the time period for revision of return can i revise my late return because one of the return is late and other is on time .
please help me

You have to submit the (2 sets) hard copies of such online return (form and acknowledgement) to the service tax office in your range. For range related information refer service tax website.

to the extent of my knowledge you had not submitted the hard copies of such return.

01-Aug-2012 , 04:44:26 pmsir if i go for deposit of return then they refuse to accept and may be a chance for issuing of show cause notice sir what you say about revision of return and what the time limit for revision
