Dear Naresl,
Please note that as per rule 7B of Service Tax Rules, 1994, an assessee may submit a revised return in Form ST-3, in triplicate, to correct a mistake or omission, within a period of 90 days from the date of submission of the return under Rule 7.
Thus, if the company has already filed the return in Form ST-3, then in such cases, the return can only be revised within 90 days from the date of submission of original return. In other words, ST-3 return cannot be revised beyond a period of 90 days from the date of submission of return.
Hope the above suffice.
