Dear Memners, One Of my Client makes service tax registration voluntry 2 months ago,in two he remit 40000 rupees service, now service tax liability rises or not,whats happen with 10 lak limit

No, Service tax liability only after 10 lac limit.

21-Nov-2012 , 10:15:45 amFull details of service provided are needed,if it's covered in Reverse charge services,then for reciepient of service, 10 lac exemption is not applicable.

21-Nov-2012 , 05:20:47 pmThough you have registered voluntarily , no liability arises to collect the service tax. It will be applicable only after the services exceed the basic exemption limit.
