Pls tell me if anybody want to declare service tax under VCES scheme, it is only upto 31.12.12, what will happen for 1.1.13-31.12.13 if he apply for service tax number in December

07-Dec-2013 , 10:37:42 amVCES is only for the period of october 2007 to December 2012.means if you will complete any formalities for this period then you will be safe regarding interest , penalty ,prosecution.for the next period uou will have to pay interest and penalty and prosecution for making default.
