Please Help: SERVICE TAX

Under the reverse charge mechanism, Service Receiver has to pay service tax(in case of co.) in case of GTA service. Now, GTA will raise the bill showing the amount of Service tax separately on the bill. Now my question is whether the Service Receiver has to pay the service tax directly to the Govt. or discharge the bill in favour of Service provider & service provider will pay the service tax to govt ?

Pay directly to government. GTA not required to show service tax amount on the invoice.

GTA not required. The co.will directly pay to the govt.
