i want to know about the Stamp Duty applicable for power of attorney for service tax registration..?? In case of partnership firm ..there is an authority letter also, which authorise a partner to sign the documents of behalf of firm..is it also required to be printed on stamp paper?? if yes, then on which amount stamp paper?

Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- will be sufficient for Registration purpose..
