CAN AN ASSESSE WHO HAS NOT TAKEN S.T REGISTRATION TILL DATE CAN AVAIL BENEFIT OF SERVICE TAX VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE ENCOURAGEMENT SCHEME, 2013 BY REGISTERING NOW?

07-May-2013 , 02:38:53 pmNo. The VCES Scheme can only be availed by the persons who have already registered under service tax. However you may not able to find this thing in VCES Scheme. To know about this, please refer the memorandum explaining the finance bill in which the intention for the scheme is described by finance minister.
