under reverse mechanism if service provider charge full tax on bill & service receipant paid the same,is there any liability will be arise to service receipant?what will be remedy in this case to both service provider & service receipent?

If Service Tax charged fully by Service Provider and that Service is under Reverse Mechanism than Service Provider have to pay its own part and Receiver has to pay its own part.
You should have to suggest your service provider that charge only that part which you have to pay.
