Please Help: Service Tax

Actually one of my friend's client has lost the service tax user id and password required to file the service tax return. So can anyone suggest me ways to recover the same at the earliest. The matter is very urgent please suggest at the earliest possible.....

Dear Vipin,
You can suggest your friend to seek help of the ACES Service Desk by sending e-mail to aces.servicedesk@icegate.gov.in or else he can call up national toll-free number 1800 425 4251 on any working day from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 7 PM.

The above number is very much functioning, however at times it comes busy. In the meantime you can shoot an email at the given mail id.
