if maine 200000 ke receipts par he service tax no. apply kar diya bt mere receipts 10lkh ko cross he nahi kare to mujhe return bharna jaruri hai

24-Sep-2015 , 11:37:53 amService Tax regn. can be taken on Vol. Basis . If you applied Vol. ST. you can not ignore that your gross receipts is less than prescribe limit in any time. so you should file ST return in nil case also.
