In 1St QTR OF 2015-2016 Service Tax Amount Paid More But Education and SHEC Paid less than require payment.and in 2nd QTR such Less Amount Of Edcuation CESS and SHEC Paid Please tell me Can we adjust such amount of Eucation cess and Shec Amount in 1st qtr Return throught 2nd QTR Psyment and how?

18-Oct-2015 , 10:20:59 pmYes you have to adjust challan of education cess and shec paid in 2nd qtr for qtr - 1 by showing actual detail of challan but while showing period u mst chose in return qtr1 or june as applicable and have to pay interest there on
