should we study the general provisions also in service tax other than services prescribed by icai ??

Dear Mridul,
You should study only the provisions including taxable services prescribed by ICAI as syllabus. However, it is advisable to have a brief knowledge about the excluded services, as ICAI has a history of giving surprises in exams.
