Please Help: Small scale Service provider

MY Client is claiming small service provider exemption of Rs. 10 Lahk.. In previous year sr. provided in < Rs. 10 lakh..Total taxable service in 2012-13 upto now is Rs. 5 Lakhs but they paid sr. tax on Rs 1 lakh by mistake...Is it still possible to avail Exemption of Rs. 10 lakh...
