Please Help: ARTICLESHIP

I had submitted form 102 AND 103 on 30th January,2014 for registration of Articleship at Ahmedabad Branch.
I received confirmation message on my no., on 18th Feb, 2014 that my form has been received by ICAI.
However, my principal has not received the registration letter of the same. Neither I have received the Articleship card or any confirmation letter for the same.
I have called on 1800 200 2501, but the number is constant busy. I have been trying on 022 3367 1400 since many days, but no one is responding properly. Everyone is just transferring the call without listening my whole query.
I have also mailed on

wirc@icai.org,
jorapur@icai.in
But no response is received.
