Please Help: CA final attempt due

i have passed my ipcc group 1 in nov 2010 attempt and joined my articleship in april. the date written on my form is 28 april,2011 but my form was submitted on 18 may,2011. so i am eligible for may 2013 final attempt or nov 2013.

Dear Priyanka,
You are eligible to appear in May, 2013 attempt as articleship starts from the date on which you start training (i.e. the date of commencement of training written on your form) irrespective of the submission of the form. Delay in submission (i.e 30 days- Rs. 100, more than 6 months - Rs. 300 etc.) of form only attracts some extra money. Thus, in your case you can appear in May, 2013.

Sorry for the wrong answer given by ashish sir, as per the provisions of ICAI your attempt will become due within last 6 months of your articleship training including excess leave...... as per this provision with maximum of 2 days excess leave, your first ca final attempt may become due in November 2013, but in case your excess leave taken goes more than two, your attempt will be shifted to may, 2014...... It says that you are on the edge, so be careful in articleship.......

30-Oct-2011 , 09:53:19 amu can give final attempt on the completion of 2.5 yrs article ship period.thus by 2013 may u can complete only 2yrs 1 month...so ur final attempt will be in 2013 nov..as per my knowledge is concern,..............
