What is the procedure If principal deny to sign the form 108 after completion of 3 years Articleship ??

16-Apr-2014 , 11:49:02 pmPrincipal can not refuse to sign Form 108 and issue service certificate after completion of articles. Under regulation 56 of CA regulations, you can submit Form 119 to your principal and send a copy of same to ICAI. In that case, your principal is bound to submit your service certificate to Secretaty, ICAI within 15 days of your submission of Form 119 to ICAI, failing which your service certificate shall be DEEMED to be granted.
