I am chartered accountant with holding COP and also CS final student now i start CS training with CA's COP
can i do this ?

06-Feb-2012 , 12:29:03 pmI dont think there is any restriction with regards to training under CS along with having a full time COP. So you can go ahead with the same.

08-Feb-2012 , 04:08:23 pmIn our views, if you start training with CS, you are working as employee capacity. i.e. there is employer employee relationship exit. and on the other hand, if you hold COP you can not work as employee. Thus, if you start training with CS alongwith COP of CA, its against the professional ethics.
