Is There Requirement of secring minimum passing marks (30% in each subject) in a subject/section of CPT examination Dec-2011

Dear Puran,
The criteria of Minimum marks of 30% in each subject was proposed by ICAI. However, the same was subject to the approval of central government. I am unable to find any approval of CG, therefore, I am unable to comment on the same.
