Take confirmation from your principle for transfer of rticleship and then fill up the articleship termination form and registration form for training under new princiople

Form No. 109 will be filled for termination of articleship and after you get the confirmation for the same from the institute then you have to fill up form no. 102 for registration under new principle.
Please keep in mind that time gap allowed for registration under new ca is one month, else you will have to pay late payment charge

Hello dear, You must be fill up the termination form 109 & deposited with the institute.
After confirmation from ICAI you may join under a new principle & fill up form no. 102 & 103, remember the time gap between the date of 109 & date of 102/103 because it may effect on your final attempt.
