Firstly you must take a written approval from your current principle that he agrees to allow you to take transfer. . After that you fill the articleship transfer form and send it along with written approval of your existing principle. . After that you can get registered under any other principle

With reason please first clarify with institute, only some specific condition it is allowed

with the latest senario institute has restricted the transfers of articleships. in order to avoid undue hardship being caused to the students transfers are permitted only in genuine case. so need to be very specific and clear on the same before submitting transfer papers else institute will reject them. so seek approval for the same from your principle and than write an intimation letter for the same to the institute..

12-Feb-2012 , 10:21:31 amAnswer given by CA Rishabh is O.K., But i want to clear that, you should have specific reason for the same like-Transfer of job of father, shifting from one place to another, family problem specific if any, health problem etc.... further if employer denie on the ground -you may directly contact with institute for the same....

17-Feb-2012 , 03:03:41 pmagree with Mr Mrattunjay. Although transfers are restricted but it can be allowed only if you have a genuine reason of that sort which has been defined in notification issued by icai i.e. shifting from one place to another with minimum distance criteria.
