i am in first year articleship training and had decided to take transfer fom my current firm bt the principle is refusing for giving transfer nd not allowing me to go ....kindly suggest me soon that what should i do

Dear Arya,
Please ask the reasons from your principal as to why he is not letting/permitting you go when ICAI itself is permitting to you to do so. Further, if he is not willing you to go, then you are adbised to raise the issue at ICAI i.e. you can bring the same to the knowledge of the institute.
Hope the same suffice.
