Sir/Madam,
I am willing to procedure for late submition of form 109 and thereafter form 103. My earlier principle signed the form 109 on 15 June 2013 and i have sent this to the ICAI on 03 August 2013 due to unavoidable reasons. pls suggest me can i take 21 June 2013 date for new registration of articleship as i joined the new office from this date. i did not purchased the stamp because i was not aware. help me please.
