Please Help: Articleship Under New Amended Act Of ICAI

As per recent amendment ICAI amendment Act 2012, the graduates/post graduates/ c.s (inter)/CWA (inter) students are exempted from CPT, and they need to undergo article-ship of 9months for become a eligible for the Inter and also from the date of admission the students are eligible for Inter exam, where as it was for article-ship students needed to complete either any one group from the IPCC, now i found from the notification of the ICAI that student can from the enrollment they will be eligible for article-ship, am i correct that after enrolling i will be eligible for the 3 years of article-ship
