principal is not signing the form 109 (form for transfer) even in first year of articleship. Is the article assistant is compelled to complete his/her articleship with his/her existing principal.

with out the consent of your principal its not possible to transfer your articleship.

for transfer of artclleship from one firm to another the consent of principal must required.so you must have to obtain the consent of principal for transfer.
