have been working in ca firm from 11/01/2013 to till date n i v submitted my all the required documents with institute. but today i got letter from institute that there was no vacancy in my firm on the date of my registration & i should get register under other firm, my question is that the duration of time when i v been working (i.e from 11/01/2013 to till date) will be counted in my articleship period or not? & can i get register in the same firm from current date if that date isnt valid?

30-Jul-2013 , 02:57:30 pmi think you shoud continue with same firm and before this the period would not be count coz that time there was no vacancy.but if you go to another firm you can count your earlier articleship period but consult to icai first before all doing...coz you will get into the prblm in future
