sir i am taking transfer from my current ca firm and i worked here for 2 months and i want 2 know whether these would b calculated in my rest of articleship as i had not received my reg. letter yet

Dear Arya,
The two months of article ship will be counted even if you haven't received the registration letter from the ICAI provided you have submitted the article ship form with the institute.

dear arya, your final attempt will be affected if the last 6 months of your articleship are out of the reach of may,2014........ e.g. if at present your articleship is going to complete on 20th sept,2014 ur final attempt will be due on may, 2014...and if this date increases (say) 15th dec 2014 becomes the new completion date of articleship then your final attempt will be shifted to nov.2014.....

the ultimate reason is that......final attempt dues within last 6 months of articleship including excess leave taken by the trainee..........hope there would be no more differences in your mind taking this topic...but if any.....invited with open minded........

yes, it is required to write a letter and intimate to ICAI about such transfer.......
