There is no restriction as per CA Act. about joining the number of firms. But number of audit in all the firms should be taken as agreegate should not be exceed celling limit specified for statutory audit/tax audit

06-May-2013 , 08:16:18 pmYES, CA CAN BE PARTNER IN MORE THAN ONE FIRM, BUT THE LIMIT FOR SIGNING THE AUDIT REPORT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ONE TIME ONLY.AND WILL AGGRIGATE OF BOTH THE FIRM
