Is Exemption U/s (23C)(iiiab) Allowed to in Institution providing Funds to Education Institutes for Education Purpose ?? If yes Can i have any case Law pls ???

31-Dec-2012 , 05:45:21 pmAs per my understanding I do not think an institute providing funds to education institutes for education purpose can claim this exemption. The educational institute can claim exemption U/s 10 23C iii ab.
