Please Help: Extension of articleship period

Sir,
My articleship has been completed on 22/11/2011 and my principal have filed 763 no. of days leave in form 108. My articleship was commenced form 21/05/2008. Please let me know how much period of my articleship extended.

Leave : 763 days

Your leave will be count as 763 days- 6 months (already extended training and served by you)- 137 days (allowed for leaves)= Approx 535 days.
So long period still to serve as training by you.

Your Articleship period is 1279 Days, 1/6th period is taken as leave. It comes to 213 Days... Leave in your case is 763 Days...
Excess leave period to be served is 550 Days.........

Dear as per institute's rules we should complete 3.5 years article-ship period. In which we get 1/7th part of total period. It means available leave 6 Months.

In your case, you completed your article-ship on 21-11-11 and your principal shown 763 days leaves in your 108 form.

As per my calculation your extended article-ship is up-to 23rd June 2013 only if you join or continue from very next day 23-11-2011.
