I AM A CA FINALIST. I EARNED 2000 P.M AS STIPEN, IS TI BETTER TO A FILE A ITR FOR FUTURE BENEFIT . SHOULD I PREPARE BALANCESHEET OF MINE?

Stipend earned during the article ship period is not liable to tax, This is what we were told during our time. Though i haven't got any written material about the same
