hello freinds i m received mails from company like HCL, Maruti suzuki, Mahindra in respect of recent openings as i m newly qualified and searching for job in industry in which they asked about furnishing of security deposit throgh draft of amount 10,000-15,000 in favour of themselves before interview and said it is refundable afterwards. can anybody tell me it is genuine.............

No its not Genuine, Its totally Fraud. Beware of all these mail. Plz also spread it to every one that beware of all these mails.

i also agree with anita jee, there is no such practise to furnish a security bond even before interview, security needs to be furnished only after interview , and before giving the appointment letter , at some places, but this practise is never heard of before, so pls take care of these things.
