If a CA is entering into an LLP WITH CS ,then whether he reqire to disclose the same to the ICAI , like in case of partnership b/w ca's

In case it is a partnership for CA's professional work, it is not allowed under the code of ethics. In case the partnership is for any other nature of work, the same should be notified to the institute.
