I AM DOING CA. NOW I HAVE COMPLETED BCOM.NOW I WANT DO MBA .PLZ SUGGEST ME IN WHICH FIELD I SHOULD DO MBA MAR, FIN,ETC.

MBA in finance will be a better option, in case u r sure abt persuing MBA. Otherwise CA degree is good enough in itself

And also make sure that timing of MBA course do not clash with your article ship. As you will need to take permission from ICAI for pursuing the same.
