ICAI earlier announced the following notification regarding validity of Registration : http://220.227.161.86/23150periodannoun2.pdf But later, ICAI again announced another notification : http://icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=7510&c_id=219 So, at present, nothing is clear about number of attempts..
