Please Help: regarding form 112

i have recently qualifed CA and applied for membership no.but icai put objection to that u have not sent form 112 to get permission for doing cs(already Qualified Cs in 2008) but as per records available with me i had already sent 112 form with articleship registration forms in july 2007.kindly guide in resolving the matter

You can submit the permission letter received from ICAI or the acknowledgement copy of form 112.

16-Aug-2011 , 04:43:16 pmI think as rightly said by CA Manish Malhotra you should submit confirmation letter or receiving of form No. 112 you have submitted. Then department can not deny in any case. If you do not have the receiving of form no. 112 you have deposited then you should post the above query on the online of CIRC......... Hope you found the answer you are looking for.....
