No single option is possible for this question. The one who get you to clear the exam is the best teacher. Don't worry about the quality of CA, Worry about the quality of your preparation.

As per my knowledge all the CAs are master in Tax. So there is no single option for this question. The top secret behind their mastery is the book. So I think you have got the answer.
