if there is third time change in the job then what is the solution to transfer the PF account with its balance in to the fourth employers PF

We have to be applied the same procedure what you had apply in second job. Just intimate your old pf a/c number to new organisation.

04-Jul-2011 , 09:16:54 pmYou need to get in touch with the HR of your new company... They will intimate to your earlier company and to EPF department ... but for that they will need your PF account number with your previous organisation which you get from the HR of your previous organisation...
