What to be done,if principal is not accepting the transfer request?

try to convince him, as u have no option other than politely asking him to give to you transfer or write a letter to the icai giving valid reasons for transfer.

Principle consent is must, you can however try requesting ICAI in written giving your case details and ask for providing a resolution..

But u can not spoil relation with your principle. In extreme cases he can give a negative report about the articleship period resulting in canclelation of entire articleship training

Dear transfer is not possible without consent of the principal however he can write to the ICAI and justify the reasons for his transfer. However if possible to solve the issue with the help of others who knows the principal well.
