I would advise you not to go for transfer. Rather, I would advise you to have a word with you CA as I am sure that you will get ample amount of work.
Also, if you have made your mind to take transfer, you have to keep in mind the restrictions imposed by ICAI.

Please do not listen to what other article tells you. You should go on your own and share your concern with your CA. I am sure all your concerns will be addressed.
