Please Help: Verification status not updated

I have applied for verification of paper online (Final Nov 2011).
On portal it is mentioned that status will be in 6-8 weeks.
But, it has passed approx. 10 weeks, but no outcomes till now.
Whether I have to call them, mail them or stay quite for few days.
Note: When I applied for online verification, all procedure will ok, but preview of application is not generated. Whether my application is invalid. I haven't received refund of payment nor any demand for application. On portal it shows application successfull.

This procedure takes some time, else u can call at the institute to confirm the status but there is no provision for refund of payment.

the verification status keeps on updating till the actual exams... this has happened to one of my friend you got exemption confirmation jst a day before the exam

18-Apr-2012 , 03:36:41 pmI received letter from institute on 17.04.2012, dated 15.03.2012 from ICAI to resubmit your letter. Whether ay benefit for now submitting. Is this may be submit via mail or fax for prompt delivery.
