my principal has deputed me to do concurrent audit of bank branches. i m not able to gain experience of other field. i have doveted my 11 months there. do i continue with him or should i get transfer to somewhere else ???

ASK YOUR PRINCIPAL TO WORK IN OTHER FIELDS ON ROTATIONAL BASIS. i.e. 6 MONTHS FOR ONE FIELD AND 6 MONTHS FOR OTHER FIELD. IF HE IS NOT CONVINCED TRANSFER YOUR ARTICLESHIP. ONE THING YOU SHOULD REMEMBER IS YOU CAN TRANSFER ONLY WITH THE CONSENT OF YOUR PRINCIPAL.

28-Jul-2012 , 01:24:25 pmankit in my openion you should continue because it will give specialisation in bank audit concurrent and statutory audit and you will properly know the working of banking system during your training time and after qualifying you can go for banking sector job.
