Anyone have any case law or any reference of section regarding a problem,
Problem is that my client have a export unit and he making invoices in computer form, pre-printed stationary on which invoice no is not mention, he invoicing through stamping machine on all invoices, but department always questioning this matter. I want your views and any case law in which court described about valid the invoicing pattern.
