Please Help: Applicability of VAT/TCS on sale of used laptop at Residual

Our is not a computer manufactured company. The comppany provided laptop to its employees for official use. After 3 years company sold this to employee at residual value. Will VAT/TCS applicable on this transaction, when it is sold by employer to employee.
