Whether VAT is payable on the cost of medicines separately charged in the composite bill of the hospital?

MRP written on the medicines are inclusive of all taxes. Hence VAT should not be charges again on the MRP. VAT will not be charged on Other services provided by medical.

Question of paying VAT should not be come here because price which is written on medicine is inclusive of all taxes to the extent of my knowledge.
