Please Help: Registrations under pollution board

My client wants to start a rice processing firm in chandigarh using machinery like silky(to polish), shader and mixer. . Can anybody suggest wheather he is liable to get register under pollution board or any other such board. . Please help. .

yes , where the environmental or any other polloution effect, manufacturer had to take REGISTRATION under polution control board, and very easy to get by filling the application... for year 2012 last date is 29.02.2012, but will be applicable for date of filling not to sanctioned date
