One of our client in delhi wants to purchase machine on the basis of C form from MP,However the delivery of the machine will be at MP only as he has been allotted govt job work in MP only .Is it Possible to issue C form to him from delhi ? If yes ,How

17-Dec-2014 , 02:43:15 pmC Form is applicable only if goods movement is from one state to another state, Now in your case goods delivered from MP and end of the destination is also MP then you can't issue c form
